Brother Vega has a strong technical subject matter expertise in technology systems, service delivery strategy, and best practices. Over twenty years of IT Leadership experience.

He attended Villanova University and received his certificate in Sigma Six Green Belt IT in 2011. He was also was educated at Ashworth College at their School of Information Technology (IT).

Brother Vega has participated in and led a managed service outsourcing project of over 300+ North America based technology employees. Guided cross-functional teams to establish service level targets, operations frameworks, and governance. Ensured operational readiness and strict adherence to Citi technology policies. Represented the organization in both internal and external audits, and successfully led remediation of corrective action plans.

He is also accountable for review and sign off approval of $3.4 Million in monthly vendor managed service invoices. Developed a repeatable process for monthly invoice validation. Charged with identifying and driving efficiencies to maximize vendor cost saves and meet annual financial targets.
