Privacy Policy MWUGL 2026 Leadership Lyceum 

This Privacy Policy explains how the MWUGL 2026 Leadership Lyceum application ("the App"), published by the Most Worshipful Union Grand Lodge of Florida ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the App.

Information We Collect

• Account information — your name and email address.
• Login credentials — your password, stored only in encrypted (hashed) form.
• Profile and event photos — pictures you choose to upload.
• Device push token — used solely to deliver push notifications.
• Event participation data — poll responses, check-ins, and your assigned event zone/group.

How We Use Your Information

• To operate the App and its features (schedule, gallery, announcements, polls, check-in, messaging).
• To authenticate your account and keep it secure.
• To send event notifications you have opted into.

How Your Information Is Stored and Protected Your information is stored securely using Supabase. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are stored only as irreversible hashes.

Sharing of Information: We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for advertising. Information is processed only by service providers strictly to operate the App.

Account and Data Deletion You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. To do so, email marlon.honeywell@mwuglflorida.org from your account's email address with the subject "Delete My Account." We will delete your account and personal data — including profile information, uploaded photos, poll responses, check-ins, and push notification token — promptly, typically within 30 days. You may also request deletion of specific data without deleting your entire account by contacting the same address.

Children's Privacy The App is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children.

Changes to This Policy We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date.
